Welcome to the website for the Game Critics Awards, an independent group of 29 leading North American media outlets that cover the videogame industry.
Each year the Game Critics conduct a critics poll for the Game of the Year to recognize the top 10 titles released during the previous calendar year. Fallout 3 was named Game of the Year for 2008.
The Game Critics Awards also present its Best of E3 Awards. These awards recognize the games that will shape the future of interactive entertainment, as demonstrated via hands-on playable form at the E3 Expo in Los Angeles, CA. This year's E3 was held June 2-4.

15, 2010. No further applications will be accepted for E3 2009.
